  • How do I make an appointment?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If a appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, client will be responsible for 100% of the session fee.
  • Do you take health insurance?
    No, we don't take insurance, but we can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance for “out-of-network” reimbursement. For those receiving prescriptions you will still be able to use your health insurance to cover most all prescriptions.
  • What is telehealth care used for?
    Telehealth medical care works great for treating non-emergency conditions such as minor bacterial infections, the cold and flu, UTIs and many mental health conditions. Telehealth is also useful for managing chronic conditions, medication refills, weight loss and skincare health. Telehealth provides individuals a way to get prescriptions filled and refilled, without having to go to in person to the clinic.
  • What if I need to get lab work done?
    If you need to have lab work done before receiving a diagnosis and treatment plan, RX14 can recommend the appropriate lab tests and write you a lab order. We partner with top labs throughout the country and will refer you to the closest lab. When your results come back we will reach out for a follow up appointment.
  • Is my healthcare information safe?
    RX14 Health LLC is HIPAA compliant and uses private and secure electronic health record systems to keep personal medical information safe.
