The Maintenance Rx Plan is designed for patients who are medically stable and require ongoing prescription refills with appropriate safety monitoring. All new Maintenance Rx members begin with a one-time required 60-minute intake to establish care, review medical history, and ensure safe prescribing. This tier does not include acute care, urgent visits, or comprehensive medical management.
