Meet the Team

Amanda L. Miller DMSc, PA-C

Amanda is a Board Certified Physician Associate. Having served in the speciality areas of trauma, general surgery and critical care medicine, she has a vast array of experience in some of the most challenging medical fields. Dr. Miller also has extensive knowledge in psychiatry and telemedicine for which she developed her passion of concierge medical care.

She completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor University, where she was also an NCAA Division 1 Equestrian athlete. After graduation, she moved back to her home state of Virginia to obtain her PA degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She additionally earned her Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree from the University of Lynchburg.

After seeing first hand the benefits that telemedicine can provide to patient care she founded RX14 Health to provide concierge telemedicine. Amanda enjoys helping patients find both clinically effective and personalized solutions in healthcare. She enjoys tailoring patient care and believes telemedicine is an excellent avenue to provide high-quality, custom care.

Dr. Bradley Ryan 

Dr. Bradley Ryan has been blessed to serve through medicine for 17 years. He strongly believes in providing the best care that a patient needs and does so through his private practice Surgical Associates of Fredericksburg. After growing up in Liberty, TX, Dr. Ryan attended Harvard University where he received his undergraduate degree in the liberal arts.

He obtained his doctorate in medicine at the University of Texas in Houston, TX. At Emory University in Atlanta, GA, he both completed his residency in General Surgery, and also met his wife, Natalie, with whom he moved to Fredericksburg, VA with in 2006.

They now have five beautiful children and have grown to love their local friends and community. Dr. Ryan and Amanda have been working together for years and believe in a teamwork approach to custom, high quality medical care.
